Elaine G. Norton, CPA, CSEP

Elaine joined the firm in 2010. Elaine provides tax and management advisory service expertise to closely-held companies and individuals. Her areas of emphasis and specialization are business, individual, estate and trust tax planning and compliance. She holds an earned designation of Certified Specialist in Estate Planning.

Elaine is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Georgia Society of Certified Public Accountants. She is actively involved with numerous civic and community organizations. Elaine is a member of The Downtown Rotary Club of Statesboro and has served as President of the club, Board member and committee chair. Elaine is a graduate of the Leadership Bulloch class of 2011 and has served as Treasurer of the Alumni Organization. She is a member of the Statesboro-Bulloch Chamber of Commerce where she has served on the Board of Directors and the executive committee as Treasurer. Elaine also has served youth organizations and her church in various volunteer roles. Elaine has been honored as an Associate Life Member of the Peace Officers’ Association of Georgia, Inc. She was a former officer of the board for Rauch Inc. and Rauch Foundation, former president of the Southern Indiana Estate Planning Council, and graduate of Leadership Southern Indiana.

Elaine is a 1981 summa cum laude graduate of Georgia Southwestern University with a bachelor of science degree in business administration with an accounting concentration.
