Christina is a summa cum laude graduate of Georgia Southern University with bachelor of business administration degrees in accounting and information systems. She joined the Firm in 2010.
Christina specializes in the tax area for both individuals and businesses, as well as being a part of the forensic accounting team. Christina uses her information technology background to assist clients in making the most of their accounting systems, to provide important management solutions, as well as key accounting information for use in tax planning and preparation. She enjoys helping clients to understand the intricacies of their business systems, as well as the importance of clean recordkeeping. Christina also has a strong background in nonprofit accounting, as well as assisting in the payroll, bookkeeping services, and financial statement preparation segments of the firm.
She is currently a member of, and has served or is currently serving on the board of; the Exchange Club of Statesboro, the Southeast Chapter of the Georgia Society of CPAs, and the Statesboro Jaycees. She is also actively involved with the Leadership Bulloch Alumni and Statesboro Citizens Police Academy Alumni Association.
In 2015, Christina was chosen as a participant in the Lynda Brannen Williamson Foundation’s inaugural Women’s Leadership Academy. She also serves as a Trustee for the Bulloch County Foundation for Public Education, as well as serving as a board member for the Georgia Southern Forensic Accounting Advisory Board. Christina is also very active with the Statesboro-Bulloch Chamber of Commerce, and was asked to chair the Special Events committee in 2016.
Christina has received various awards and recognitions, including the Albert J. Roesel Award for an Outstanding Graduate in Information Systems in 2010, the Statesboro Exchange Club Volunteer of the Year in 2013, and the Statesboro Herald’s 20 Under 40 in 2014.
Christina is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Georgia Society of Certified Public Accountants, and the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners.
