On January 24, 2012 Billy Hickman testified in United States Bankruptcy Court on behalf of a regional bank. The bank was a creditor in the proceedings. In response to the court's order granting the bank's motion for relief from stay and other related motions, the bank's attorneys stated, "We won every motion. Billy's testimony was critical. He did an excellent job with the report and was outstanding as an expert witness for our client. He is at the top of our list of experts to contact and assist us."
